I am excited for you as you embark on your journey of discovery. Just keep in mind that your success on this journey is life long and continuous.

I see life as a place of perpetual growth. Many read books, attend seminars and training sessions and leave with the same attitude as they came. If we are going to spend time and money on learning we better finish what we started, implement what we learned and enhance our lives.
Welcome to the “Flipping the Iceberg Journal” a 52-Week Success Mind Conditioning Program. You can succeed, but only if you stay focused on your priorities. I am excited for you as you embark on your journey of discovery. Just keep in mind that your success on this journey is life long and continuous.

Benefits of Journaling

• Heals your past,
• Increases your focus,
• Finds your meaning in life,
• Eases your decision making,
• Cultivates breakthroughs,
• Creates better results in your life.

Here’s WHY…….

1. Record your life lessons. When you write things down it leads to deeper understanding and wisdom. Life sends the same lessons in different packages. Learn the first time so you don’t have to re-learn it later.
2. Process previous events. The only importance to events is what you place on them. Going through the event to determine your interpretation and response will help you get past the feelings.
3. Notice my feelings. Nothing matters as much as how you feel about a situation or event in your life. Paying attention to them early will help you detect early if something is brewing.
4. Ask important questions. A journal is not merely a place for the lessons I am learning but also to ask and answer questions about my feelings and responses. The quality of the questions you ask will lead to your most important discoveries.
5. Clarify my thinking. Writing in general helps you capture your thoughts. Journaling takes it to the next level. After you’ve answered the questions about your feelings and responses you can reflect on why.
6. Understand the context. Placing context around your thinking through journaling allows you to see the lesson or event in a less emotional place and helps determine where you fit into the big picture or where you want to fit.

This journal will help you stay focused on your success priorities and assist you to establish ownership of your goals and always keep the vision alive. I recommend you get involved 100% in this workbook. Do all the exercises and before long you will realize your potential. Give yourself the chance to discover your true potential and all that this world has to offer you. Chart your course of success. Let’s examine for a moment the meaning of course. It is a place where people go to run a race. It is the path carved out by fast-flowing water. It is a channel for powerful, directed movement. So when you chart your ‘course,’ strength, power and might are inevitable.
You will be working on your journal every day. I recommend you start your “Flipping the Iceberg Journal” program every Sunday. What I want you to do when you read the “Power Thought” is to get to know what you can accomplish by acknowledging your strengths. The last page of this journal is for you to record your accomplishments throughout the year.

I wish you much success and discovery!
